Handicrafts Production
The handicraft production at Gentle Heart Company is carried out by participants from the Gentle Heart Foundation’s recovery and follow- up care programs. These residential participants—across Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III—are vulnerable women and high-risk girls who have experienced sexual exploitation. During their stay at the recovery home, they receive comprehensive support, including skills training and job placement assistance.
In addition to academic and curriculum-based learning, they also engage in activities such as knitting, sewing, soap making, and more. These hands-on experiences help them build practical skills that contribute to their personal growth and future self- reliance. Through a holistic approach, they gain practical skills, enhance their knowledge, and are equipped for successful reintegration into their families or communities - empowering them to lead independent lives and build a secure future.
